We are expanding!! And as such, we require a full-time secretary/admin assistant to join our team.
Leasegevity provides advice on lease extensions and freehold purchase of leasehold property. We carry out valuations, serve legal notices and negotiate the costs on behalf of our clients.
The role will involve general secretarial duties including answering the telephones, making appointments, data inputting and corresponding with clients and customers. The role will also require the candidate to identify potential business opportunities, identifying potential leasehold properties that may need extending, contacting potential clients to offer our services and offering basic advice to enquiries.
Having good communication skills via e-mail, letters and a good phone manner are imperative to the role.
Experience is preferred but training will be given for the successful candidate.
The role will be Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm and will be located at our office in central Grimsby.
